Shipping & Handling Policy

The table rate for shipping & handling is based on the following order totals:

• 0.01 - 29.99 = $4.99
• 30.00 - 74.99 = $8.50
• 75.00 - & over = FREE

We strive to ship all orders within the next business day of purchase. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.

If your order has already shipped, then we cannot cancel it. You will have to go through the return process.

Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:

• We will gladly accept returns on regular merchandise in new condition with original packaging, components, instructions and warranty material within 30 days of purchase.
• Your refund will be processed using the same form of payment as your purchase. A 14-day waiting period will apply to your return if you paid by check.
• Your return must be accompanied by a receipt; otherwise, we cannot process your refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds after 30 days.
• We do not refund shipping charges. All shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
